As we walk into the town hall of the Floating City, crowds surround us beneath the speaker platform. AZ4 expresses the unfortunate passing of their parents, and the citizens’ leaders. Some were sincerely saddened by the event, while others may have been secretly relieved. They too have been experiencing some frustration with not only the state of their own city, but of the underground as well. Their anger is understandable, especially since many of their family members still live in the underground. In addition, there have been many illegal entries by civilians of the underworld. These immigrants are usually assisted via the pirates, and have created an increasingly growing chaos in their city. As we speak, I think of how gullible these civilians are, not even wanting to make sure that it is the truth. They don’t know that their inability to be critical will cause many changes to the city. We then explain that it was the parents’ wish to hand over their work to AZ4, and that they are most equipped to rule the city with success.
Among the first steps in our plan is to ensure that the floating city is an absolute paradise. Clean, pristine, the ultimate utopia. In order to do so, AZ4 and I have put a program in place to inquire of all the civilians, and ensure that they are all original pigeon-people. To those illegal immigrants who have polluted our cities, we will banish them back to the underground. Afterwards, it will become compulsory for every citizen to have a small tracing / analytical device inserted into their arm. Behavioral rules for travel, expenses, and socialization will then be implemented to assure maximum efficiency. Those who fail to comply will be banished to the ruins of the underground. A place where no living creature can survive the day.
Suddenly, a loud sounding “BOUM” shakes town hall. It is accompanied by a flash of light. I fall to my knees and cover my head …
