The serum worked! He became human. However, when it was about time to turn back into a pigeon, he couldn’t. The general was furious because of the results and Frank had been running out of time, he had an extra week to work on the serum.
Frank had started feeling anxious at an overwhelming rate and couldn’t focus properly.
