You explain to Mary that the white cube, and all of the information on it, is the key to putting an end to the suffering. However, it becomes apparent that Mary won’t make it much longer – the injuries she sustained were far greater than you had suspected and she was now coughing up blood indicating internal damage. Mary accepts her fate and repents one final time for the suffering she caused. You watch Mary take her last breath.
