The endings of my story will fall into one of two categories. Either staying in the crew and continuing to rob banks, or leaving and pursuing another life free from crime. I am thinking of adding a variation on those endings depending on how strongly the player feels about staying or leaving. There will be a total of four endings in my story, with endings one and two consisting of the player character staying, and endings three and four having the player character leave the crew.
- The player is overtly intent on staying with the crew. In this ending, most of the player’s decisions would support the crew and their endeavors. Any doubts about the crew and what their actions would be immediately quashed. In this ending the player is the most loyal to the crew than the other endings. This results in the player eventually becoming the boss of the crew and making the crew an even more successful bank heist crew.
- The player is mostly intent on staying with the crew, however they have some doubts about their recent activity. The player is mostly loyal to the crew, however they address some of their concerns with what the crew is doing and want to make some adjustments. In the end, the player stays with the crew but does not become the boss. The players influences the crew to rob fewer banks and take less than they have in the past.
- The player is mostly intent on leaving the crew however they still have some loyalties to the crew. While the player cares for the crew, they can no longer be a part of it and no longer to be a part of their criminal activity. The player decides to leave the crew and live a peaceful life and making an honest living. They never see the crew again, and never commit a crime again.
- The player is completely sick of robbing banks and of the actions of the crew. They constantly butt heads with the rest of crew and will frequently criticize their actions. This results in the player not only leaving the crew, but also turning them into the authorities. The crew is put in prison, and the player joins up with Interpol like how Frank Abagnale joined up with the FBI after he was arrested.
