I finished the writing/options for the first floor, the only thing that is missing is one room that cannot be accessed until you go upstairs first.

My work isn’t really a puzzle it’s more an exploration? It is up to the player to go through different rooms and find things and learn the story as you go. This is leaning very heavily into a story vs gameplay, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just something I’ve noticed.
Doing all this I realized I really need to work more, it was hard this week because of work but thankfully I have 2 extra days off this week. We have 18 days which is stressing me out, worse case I cut visuals, extra sounds, etc. From what I understand based on sketchblogs a lot of people are still planning? So I’m also stressed on their behalf.

Based on the first assignment, I found writing it and organizing it took the longest, so hopefully implementing it doesn’t take as long.
However, it feels good to zoom out of the Miro and see all the nonsense altogether.

I think for a bit longer I’m going to start adding what I wrote into Twine. During the day I am busy/babysitting/work so I tend to work on these when I get home from my shift at 10:30pm and work on this until 2:00am.
