I believe that the focus of interactive storytelling is on interaction, which simply means telling a story in a compelling way so that you can keep your audience interacting with you. However, I found a little problem with my interactive story
Because I think the focus of interactive storytelling is on interaction, and my story is based on the life of a pet dog, I was a little confused about how to make the whole story more interactive, rather than a single story. I have thought about adding some plot to make the audience involved in the story. Because in this story context the audience is in the dog’s point of view to complete the plot, so my story will appear in some vignettes for the audience to choose to go to the different branches of the story. But I’m worried that there will be too few interactive episodes, but if there are too many, the whole story will be too difficult for me to write, so I hope you can give me some suggestions on how I can make my story more interactive and not add extra difficulty!
Inside my plan, my story may have three to four story branches, but they will all eventually go to one or two different final endings. A lot of details I still need time to perfect, so I hope the final result will be satisfactory. If you know some tips or something I would be happy to learn and try!
