Completing the Script

Twine Mindmap

After deciding to switch platforms, I was nervous about how long it would take me to reorganize/plan all my work, however, this switch definitely made my story easier to visualize. Through this, planning the plot became a lot easier. The image above shows what my planning looks like as of now.

I have completed the script and storyline. Now, all that remains are editing the transitions and adding the sound effects to my game.

I had a bit of a crazy week but I am really glad I was able to get this done, and I have very happy with how it turned out! There are a lot more intertwining pathways than what I was initially expecting and I hope I am able to give my players a spook!

If you’ve lost your way in the IFStravaganza, you can always go back to the beginning.

Good work! I can’t wait to see the final project! I really like how you included an image of your Twine layout, as it is easy to visualize the story and it’s progression 🙂 Hopefully everything is running smoothly for you during your programming. The learning curve of Twine is a little funky (sorta difficult), but after that you’re breezing.

    Good luck!
